Co-Chief Executive Officer (cCEO) - responsible for the overall strategy, management, and direction of the organization. This role ensures that the organization achieves its mission and goals while maintaining financial stability and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.  You will work closely with our founder to execute his vision.

Chief Operating Officer (COO) - responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization. This includes overseeing all staff, programs, and services while ensuring that the organization is running efficiently and effectively.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - responsible for managing the organization's finances, including budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis. This role ensures that the organization is making sound financial decisions and is in compliance with all financial regulations.

Director of Philanthropy - responsible for developing and implementing a fundraising strategy that engages donors and raises funds to support the organization's mission. This role oversees all fundraising activities, including donor relations, grant writing, and special events.

Director of Marketing and Communications - responsible for developing and implementing a marketing, social media, and communications strategy that promotes the organization and its mission. This role oversees all marketing and communications activities, including branding, public relations, social media, and public and private engagements. You will also support our online content.

Director of Partnerships and Sponsorships - responsible for identifying and cultivating partnerships with other organizations that support the organization's mission. This role oversees all partnership and sponsorship activities, including identifying potential partners, developing proposals, and managing ongoing partnerships.

Director of Programs and Services - responsible for developing and implementing programs and services that support the organization's mission. This role oversees all program and service activities, including developing goals, evaluating program effectiveness, and managing staff.

Director of Consulting Services - responsible for building and managing a consulting practice that delivers high-quality STEM education consulting services to clients. This role includes identifying potential clients, developing proposals, managing consulting engagements, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Director of Consulting Services is also responsible for building and managing a team of consultants and subject matter experts to deliver services. The goal of this role is to support the growth of Leaders In STEM by generating revenue through consulting services and reducing dependence on donations. 

Director of Online Store - responsible for managing the online store and developing partnerships and sponsorships to increase sales and revenue. This role will oversee all store-related activities, including merchandising, customer service, and marketing, as well as work to establish and maintain relationships with partners and sponsors.
