Leaders In STEM will offer a range of consulting services for city and state governments, communities, school districts, and educational organizations by using a non-profit earned income consulting model. Our services are designed to help these organizations develop strategic and operational plans to expand STEM education and meet the needs of our clients and the STEM community at large.      

Our services include:

1. STEM Education Program Assessment: We will evaluate existing STEM programs and provide recommendations for improvement, ensuring that they are aligned with best practices and meeting the needs of the community.

2. Strategic Planning: We will work with clients to develop a clear and actionable strategic plan for expanding STEM education and preparing students for STEM careers.

3. Curriculum Design and Development: Our team of experienced educators will work with clients to design and develop a STEM curriculum that is engaging, effective, and aligned with industry standards.

4. Senior C-Level STEM Coaching: We offer personalized coaching and mentoring from senior C-Level STEM consultants to help clients improve their STEM programs, develop new skills, and enhance their leadership abilities.

5. Teacher Training and Professional Development: We provide training and support for STEM teachers, including lesson planning, classroom management, and the use of technology.

6. Technology Integration: We advise on the best technology tools and platforms to support STEM education, including hardware, software, and online resources.

7. Industry Partnerships: We facilitate partnerships between educational institutions and industry leaders to provide real-world experiences and opportunities for students.

8. Funding and Grants: We assist with identifying and applying for funding opportunities to support STEM initiatives, including grants, corporate sponsorships, and government funding.
